Our Vision for Building Green

Our vision of sustainable site development seeks to maximize the quality of the built environment while minimizing any negative impact to our natural resources. We initiate the quest to minimize our impact by developing land using methods for responsible storm water management and erosion control, construction waste reduction, and water conservation among others.

Inside our homes, we also strive to create a healthy and energy-conscious indoor environment in which a family can enjoy the time they spend together while also saving money and reducing their own impact. All houses will be required to meet our standards for energy efficiency, including the use of ENERGY STAR® appliances and efficient heating and air systems, among others. We also offer all of our residents the following custom environmentally-friendly options:
